SMS Gateway APILast updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS Gateway API Android application ("App") developed by SimpApp. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Gateway API allows you to use your Android device as an SMS gateway — sending SMS messages programmatically via API commands and optionally forwarding received SMS to a webhook you configure. The App also optionally supports RCS (Rich Communication Services) message detection when you grant Notification Access permission in Android Settings. The App is a developer/automation tool, not a default SMS handler.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You can delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen, which will permanently delete all associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions (PRO Monthly, PRO Yearly) managed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the Google Play Store.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SMS delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for failed or delayed SMS delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
